I spent an intriguing day with the internationally renowned David Winston and legendary Irish herbalist Sean Boylan at his clinic Dunboyne Herbs in Co Meath.

David Winston, one of my own teachers, has been a herbalist since 1969. Sean Boylan, a fellow member of the Irish Register of Herbalists, is a 5th generation herbalist. Spending time with these two giants of herbal medicine was an absolute pleasure. Learning old and new ways of using herbs and combining this wisdom is, to me at least, the future of medicine for the 21st century!
