Welcome to 2012, let's hope it's a good year and a healthy one for all!
With the days slowly getting longer it won't be long before Spring is upon us. Spring is a great time for a fresh start, out with the old and in with the new as the saying goes.
It's a time for detoxification after the overindulgence of the Festive Season and a time for reflection. While there are many ways of detoxifying the body I always suggest that it's something that we do regularly rather than once or twice a year.
Over the next few weeks I'll be looking at a few methods of detoxification and cautioning against others. Of course you can always book in with me at any time to talk about your individual requirements.
